SERIES OF 2022

WHEREAS, the Kawayan Alicia Coconut Farmers Marketing Cooperative

(KACOFARMCO) is one of the cooperatives accredited by the Philippine Coconut Authority
(PCA) IX – Provincial Office in Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay and is entitled to avail of the
services provided under RA No. 11524 or the Coconut Farmers Industry Trust Fund Act.

WHEREAS, the Kawayan Alicia Coconut Farmers Marketing Cooperative

(KACOFARMCO) is interested in availing of the financial assistance/grant from the
Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) under its Coconut Farmers Industry Development
Plan (CFIDP);

WHEREAS, the cooperative procured the audit services of the CGD Accounting Office to
comply with the requirement of Audited Financial Reports preceding the date of project
implementation;

WHEREAS, the cooperative would like to avail of the audit subsidy as a beneficiary to the
Coconut Farmers Organization and Development through Cooperatives
(COCOFARMCOOP) Fund;

Upon the motion duly seconded be it resolved as it is RESOLVED, to approve the request for
audit subsidy to be submitted to the CDA-IX Extension Office for their consideration and
approval.

Adopted unanimously by the Board of Directors present, this 19 th day of December 2022 at
Kawayan, Alicia, Zamboanga Sibugay.
