AGENDA : PROCUREMENT OF IT EQUIPMENTS FOR VAWC OFFICE

 1 unit computer set with complete accessories & licensed OS
 1 unit 3 in 1 printer
 1 unit UPS
 1 unit Webcam

WHEREAS, committee proposed to purchase various IT equipment for VAWC office to improve
the functionality of the barangay VAW desk ;

WHEREAS, these IT equipment are necessary for VAWC desk/personnel for record keeping,
monitoring and documentation;

Upon review of the body they found it necessary to instigate the project at the earliest time
possible. On motion of Kagawad Romeo Villados, duly seconded by Hermes Velasco, the body hereby
recommends to the Punong Barangay that the usual mode of purchase to be used is thru SHOPPING.
