Hundred and Thirty Five Pounds and Twelve Pence) in full and final settlement of all claims and
monies due in respect of the Work Orders carried out at DS Line (Harker 1005 / Carlisle 3 / Penrith 1
DS1-DS25R & Harker 1005 / Carlisle 3 / Penrith 1 DS26-DS127 & Harker 1005 / Carlisle 3 / Penrith
1 & Harker 805 / Penrith 2 / Egremont 1 / Sellafield 605), FP Line (Harker 805 - Egremont GT1 &
Harker 1405 - Egremont GT2) & AV Line, subject to KN Network Services Limited retaining
responsibility and liability for all defects and shrinkage or other faults occurring in the Framework
Agreement, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Framework Agreement and at Common
Law. This responsibility also extends to all costs relating thereto.

These lines will now be concluded by both parties following agreement by KN Network Services
Limited.
