Column formwork checking

Erected shuttering ok --Inside dimensions and plumb
Side forms, Runners and Struts (material, sizes and spacing) provided correctly and well tightened - Adequate
inclined supports provided
Tie bolts (if specified) ok (Type and spacing)
All shuttering material in satisfactory condition, cleaned, gap sealed properly
Release agent ok and application is correct
Level of concrete marked / ensured

Gypsum Plaster Chceking

Sufficient hacking of all concrete surfaces done OR bonding agent applied just prior to plastering
Chasing of 4 Inch wall done only after application of back coat on both sides
Conduiting / piping, electrical boxes fixed in chases - complete with testing, packed and well cured

Chicken mesh/Fibre mesh fixing done satisfactorily at all masonry and RCC member joints and on cured chases
Masonry surface well cleaned and allowed to dry
Level strips made on walls in perfect line, level, plumb and right angle at corners

Back coat applied on walls in line, level and plumb without joints, surface kept scratched and well cured
Leakage of slab treated
