Skid (painting and welding)

Verify beam's credentials and measurements


Cutting beams as shop drawing details and measurements
Apply a welding method that conforms to the specifications determined by the technical
office
Ensure that no defect and porosity in welding
Verify the dimensions after welding according to shop drawings (conforming to the
drawing - no shortcomings or tilts)
Check the thickness of the paint layer
Ensure that the welding conforms to the specifications (thickness, edges, no holes, and has
been painted appropriately).
Ensure that the side hooks {lifting eye}are welded according to the specifications
approved by the technical office and the quality control department
LGS assembly
The wall truss , trusses, and floors are assembled according to the plan attached to each
package of pieces
Suitable screws are used and all screws are installed appropriately
Assembling the wall truss for each building separately, and not mixing more than one
group.
Frames must be stored off the ground

Installing the floor


Ensure that the LGS floor frame is installed as plans
Make sure of the horizontal alignment with skid before fixing with screws
Installing cement board sheets so that the end of the sheet is bearing on the LGS studs
Installing floor insulation Vinyl flooring
Make sure the cement boards are even if their uneven cement use grinder machine to
make it even
Make sure the painter install putty into joints
Installing protection nylon roll {cover all floor area}
installation roof and walls LGS
Ensure that the trolly are FIXED IN PLACE before starting work
Make sure the floor is horizontally straight before starting work
Ensure that the LGS structure has all angles at right 90 degree and that there is no vertical
or horizontal tilt, then you can install it on the floor by screws
Ensure electrical and plumping works are finished then Installing interior gypsum board
walls according to the plan and making sure they are horizontally straight and fitted well

Installing rockwool for all walls

Ensure that the interior walls are installed before finishing the exterior walls
Verify the electrical and mechanical openings in the wall and their accessibility
Verify the measurements of window and door openings according to the plan
Ensure that there is no tilt at the top of the walls before installing the truss with screws
Make sure the truss is straight vertically and distributed in its location as shown in the
technical drawings
Apply insulation (rock wool) and use aluminum tape
Install the profile sheet and make sure of the overlap in the drainage aligned equally
Fix the roof ridge
Install block filler into corrugated sheets
Install skirting in site after placement the unit in its dedicated location

Electrical Works
Installing electrical outlets and electrical pipes and installing them with supports
according to the technical plan

Measure the amount of conduit you would need .

Make a necessary bends and pipe straps


Tape the end and put wires in place
Connecting wires inside the pipes according to the technical plans
Make sure install earthing system (grounding system)
Install electrical panel as technical plans
Install conduits for ceiling lights and detectors
Do electrical finishing works such as install sockets and covers etc.
Mechanical works
Installation of sewage and clean water pipes according to the technical plan
Ensure that a straps are installed on all mechanical pipes and for water boiler
Do required tests to ensure there is no leakage in all pipes
Do plumbing finishing works such as install mixers, tap, toilet seat and covers etc.

External walls
Waterproofing corners and pipe openings and ensuring that all pipes are firmly installed

Install rock wool thermal insulation if needed

Installing external wall sheets and ensuring proper overlap

fix the waterproofing of the corners and place the insulation in the spaces under the roof
sheets where they meet the wall sheets

Waterproofing pipe openings and ensuring that all pipes are firmly installed

installing filler block between wall sheets and roof sheets

Installing roof and wall corner trims

Interior walls and insulation


Installing gypsum board ceilings or false ceilings according to the client’s request,
making sure that they are installed at the appropriate height and without twisting
Installing horizontal spacers between gypsum board boards on the interior walls and
ceiling (slips)
Start painting the walls and ceiling
Bathroom tile installation
Complete electrical and mechanical work completely and install all extensions with
dedicated support
Ensure that all external pipe openings are covered

Aluminum works
Installing windows, doors, and glass partitions in the bathrooms, make sure are
sealant, to prevent the entry of water and air
Installing rubber and silicone needed
Interior Accessories

Installation of bathroom sets

Installing electrical outlet covers, detectors and ceiling lights

Paint finishing work

Cleaning appropriately

Preparing for transportation


Connect electricity and ensure that all electrical points are working
Ensure the durability of the side lifting hooks
Close pipe and sewer openings with plastic wrap
Place any breakable items on the ground, cover them, and close the doors and windows
Fix any electrical wires or mechanical works in place
Wrapping the outer perimeter with plastic wrap*
Lifting the building onto the truck using a designated winch, taking into account public
safety laws
Don't forget to load external accessories such as a water tank
hand out the building plans to the customer
