A RESOLUTION EARNESTLY REQUESTING SENATOR CYNTHIA A. VILLAR AT

GSIS BLDG., FINANCE CENTER, DIOKNO BLVD., PASAY CITY TO ALLOCATE
TEN MILLION PESOS (P10,000,000.00) FOR THE CONCRETING OF FARM TO
MARKET ROAD AT BARANGAY KANGHA-AS HILONGOS, LEYTE.

WHEREAS, this barangay has an agricultural based economy;

WHEREAS, the farmer residents in this barangay have vast Riceland, corn land
and vegetable farm which is not accessible during rainy seasons as this become muddy
and hardly passable to motorize vehicles.

WHEREAS, with such situation, the farmers have difficulties in transporting their
farm products;

WHEREAS, in order to solve this problem there is a need to concrete this farm
to market road of Barangay Kangha-as Hilongos, Leyte.

NOW, THEREFORE, premises considered the body agreed to request, as it is

hereby request Senator Cynthia A. Villar GSIS Bldg., Financial Center, Diokno Blvd.,
Pasay City to allocate Ten Million Pesos (P10,000,000.00) for the concreting of farm to
market road at Barangay Kangha-as, Hilongos, Leyte.
