(_17_/_04_/_23_) I successfully determined the fifth lesson's theme, which focuses on China's festival
cuisine and snack culture. Specifically, we highlighted five traditional festivals and
their respective cuisine components. Furthermore, we introduced the various

is about 40) During the design process, I realized that I need to improve my proficiency in certain
office skills. For instance, I need to learn how to use design software to create
personalized books and exhibition materials. These skills are essential for my future
career development, and I plan to continue improving them in the future.
Practice and Experience that I Learned
____30_______hours
Throughout this week, I gained valuable experience in cross-cultural communication,
particularly in terms of respecting and understanding other cultures. Respect is a
universal value that even children know, but it can be challenging to apply it in daily
life when encountering cultural differences. I learned that it is important to avoid
interpreting other cultures' behavior based solely on my own perspective. Instead, I
must engage in dialogue and exploration to understand the underlying meanings
behind different cultural practices.
Reflective Part of My Work
By participating in the curriculum design process, I gained a deeper understanding of
Chinese food culture and its significance. Additionally, I recognized that I need to
continue improving my office skills and cross-cultural communication abilities. Overall,
I feel that this internship has helped me grow both personally and professionally, and
I look forward to applying the skills and knowledge I have acquired in my future
endeavors.
