Position Summary: The Club Floor and Service Manager is responsible for the entire

performance of the establishment and the person in charge in absence of the General
Manager. The F&S Manager cooperates with Club Management to , ensure stock and
inventory, market conditions and strategic planning to forecast supply and demand. Menu
engineering and in charge to coordinate and supervise all activities of the management
team, customer relations, collect information and to ensure efficiency and profitability. It is
responsible to provide the best service possible and to achieve guest satisfaction.
Reports to: Operations Director

Job Tasks

✓ Set a budget for the operating expenses.


✓ Manage food, liquor, and labor costs.
✓ Assume responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the club to ensure efficiency and
profitability.
✓ Open and close the club when it is required.
✓ Coordinate the Staff Schedule.
✓ Coordinate with the GM, club maintenance and cleaning.
✓ Devise systems, set policy and provide guidance and implement changes to ensure
quality standards for service, drinks, and food.
✓ Work with the management team to make menu changes and ensure that all
communication between the front and back of house is accurate.
✓ Ask the front staff for weekly reports of the expenses.
✓ Follow up the request of the club with office staff.
✓ Develop cost-saving strategies to increase profit and manage labor costs.
✓ Provide for training to ensure performance objectives are met.
✓ Prepare the Meeting of the server staff.
✓ Attend to all Daily Management Meetings.
✓ Provide leadership and team building for staff.
✓ Investigate and resolve drink and food quality issues and service complaints.
✓ Discipline staff appropriately according to policies and procedures.
✓ Prepare end-of-day the daily sales reports and ensure that all cashiers, servers, and
bartenders OS are balanced. And send the daily sales report by email or SMS when is
required.
✓ Recruit, hire and train new staff as required.
✓ Maintain high standards of quality control and health and safety.
✓ Prepare Flyers meeting, once in a week, and keep a record of flyers performance.

Job Description – Floor and Service Manager
Customer Service: F&S Manager serves as a role model and sets the standard for all
employees to maintain high-quality and consistent customer service. This requires an advanced
knowledge of industry best practices and customer service.

Communication: This position requires a commitment to details both verbally and non-verbally,
therefore, the F&S Manager must encourage cooperative and consistent levels of communication
with front-end staff and management. Good communication skills are a must. He or she must
understand instructions, read written company memorandums and communicate with little or no
additional direction. Attend to meetings with local authorities and write accurate reports in case of
any incident.

Interpersonal Relationships: Must adapt to different personalities of clients, vendors, dancers,


and co-workers without losing focus. Must possess high professional ethics and avoid extreme
familiarity or conflicts with others.

Leadership and Management: Must understand and practice motivational management


techniques. Must use these skills in wisely placing qualified individuals into key operational and
server positions.

Delegation: Delegate the appropriate tasks and manage staff workloads.

Training and Development: Provide instruction to staff members and coach employees to
improve learning and enhance performance. Must always be aware with the local laws and
regulations.

Conflict management: The F&S Manager must recognize a problem when it arises and be able
to resolve it appropriately by using good judgement, tact, and initiative according to company
policy and procedure. Requires the often unbiased mediation skills to handle all types of conflicts
that will occur at all levels of supervision, and the ability to negotiate effectively.

Information Gathering: Together with Company Direction and, GM must identify and utilize
internal and external sources to improve and maintain the company’s objectives. He or she must
collect information from server staff and co-workers for further information analysis.

Sales Techniques and Customer Influence: Must understand products and services, develop
new prospects for opportunity, and understand customer needs clearly. Must also possess
substantial experience and remain current in state-of-the-art sales methods. Must set and meet
sales goals.

Performing General Physical Activities: F&S Manager must occasionally perform physical
activities in a variety of environmental conditions that require moderate to maximum strength
including sitting, climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, and handling of materials.

Analytical Skills: Must use logic and reason to identify solutions and alternatives for a
successful outcome in many situations, including cost/benefit analysis; service and product
quality; and conflict resolution.

Technical Skills and Qualifications: Must have the ability to work in all areas of the club and
floor areas relative to point-of-sale applications. Knowledge of Bar, and Drinks preparation. Food
and Beverage management experience. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. Proficiency in
Japanese, English language and one more language of his/her option, native language is not
included.

Flexibility: Must work overtime when needed and assist the workload of others.
