Acknowledgment

First of all we would like to thank the almighty God the ALLAH (S.W.T) for our Field practice
with community embedded in Brgy. Suminunggay, Lanao Del sur, also for nonstop guiding and
nonstop strengthening our faith despite of the entire crucible that we experienced in our working

Activity: The Social Work Intern was goes to the Barangay Chairwoman of
Brgy. Suminunggay, Tamparan Lanao del sur to send a permission letter
for their organizing Group Work and Community Organization. And by
afternoon they will start to interview and survey every house hold to
the said Barangay.

Objective/s:

To Send Permission letter to the Barangay Chairwoman.


 To conduct Survey and Interview to every house hold in the Barangay.

What Went Right?

 The Barangay Chairwoman approved the permission letter of the Social


Work Interns.
 Most of all people who had surveyed in the Barangay were participated to
the said activity.

What Went Wrong?
 Other residence of the Barangay shared their problem to the undersigned
interviewer that they cannot include in the given program and services
of the government such, Bangsamo Sagip Kabuhayan (BSK), Cash for Work,
and 4P’s even they applied many times.
 The Social Work Interns was drenched because of rain but they still
continue their survey and interview.

Learning Insights:

 Be confident in expressing your purpose why you are working on that


specific task.

Future Plan:
 The Social work Intern will continue their survey and interview to the
residence of Brgy. Suminunggay by Tomorrow.

What Went Right?

 The Social Work students from Iqra Developmental Academy Incorporated


joined the said activity of the Social Work Intern.
What Went Wrong?
 The MSWO called a meeting together with the Social Work Interns Of Iqra
Development Academy Incorporated, but the meeting take a long hours to
start and the Social Work Intern wait for her because of the MSWO was
so busy handling her other business. So the Interns left at office at
time of 3:30pm and they go to the respective area where they assigned of
and continue their Survey and interview to the residence there.
 Few residence of the Barangay did not want to participate to the said
interview and survey of the Social Work Interns.
 The Social Work Interns was drenched because of rain, so they left after
they finished a few interview and survey to the residence.

Learning Insights:

 To gain the trust of the people was hard, so be patience and discuss to
them that your attention was good and you also listen for their
thoughts.

Future Plan:
 The Social work Intern will continue their survey and interview to the
residence of Brgy. Suminunggay by tomorrow with the Social Work
Students.

Interview, so it’s take a lot of hour to finish the task.
 Few residence of the Barangay did not want to participate to the said
interview and survey of the Social Work Interns.

Learning Insights:

 Even though few of team was working and believing that the work will
have done, that work will be going to done.
 If you want to finish the specific task, tie it to a goal, not to people
or things.

Future Plan:
The Social work Interns will tabulate the data gathered.
