CONCLUSION OF ANALYSIS REPORT

1. Survey Objectives
 A community-oriented training program.
 10 household surveys to be conducted for gathering information
regarding personal identification, socio-demographic profile,
environmental sanitation, vaccination, disease history, health seeking
behaviour, life style and related risks. Method: Questions were asked.
 Information is to be used for academic research purposes only.
 Making a survey analysis report afterwards.
2. Survey Conclusions
 Major type of family is nuclear family and most families have around 5
individuals. Most families were concerned about personal information.
 Household income was in median range of 150,000/- and inter quartile
range of about 200,000/-. (This area was well developed).
 Almost all families had education completed up to secondary level
except 1 in which a child of 4 years was about to get admission in school.
 All families were in good health condition. Only 1 family had 2
individuals with hypertension and diabetes mellitus. The same family
also had a member who suffered a COVID-19 infection recently.
 All families had completed their Vaccinations timely and most of the
individuals were students. Most females who were married were
housewives. Main earning source was the head of family, A Male.
 3 live births in a single family but in close relatives and a death in same
family but of a close relative.
 All families had proper environmental sanitation and 2 families had also
kept pets. All household were in 1 – 2 km range except 6. These were a
friend of friends.
 Most families (80%) complained about attitude of Medical Professionals.
3. Recommendations
 Improvement in Doctor attitude, cost of care and safe treatment
options were the recommendations most often given by families.
