The opportunity to apply Senior Functional Application Engineer at Huisman is an excellent match with my
past/current work experience and my future aspirations.

I am interested to apply for this role because of the below qualities which I have acquired from my
current/previous jobs.

These are:

A) Worked in Application management process: During my roles as current SAP-ECC/IBP/BW Application

support analyst at Lamb-Weston Inc. and as an Enterprise administrator at AkzoNobel I used to handle
incidents and collect all the business requirements of users and I translated their business requirements to
change requests. After this, I assisted the Application support/deployment team in processing these changes
during the implementation. Further I deployed test and production releases to various key-users.

B) Strong customer relationship management: I have dealt with wide variety of clientele and during our
interaction; I have always taken important note of the customer specifications and their requirements as a
Business Analyst in Supply chain management context. By getting their requirements accomplished, I have
developed good business relationship with supply chain stakeholders (Demand, Supply and Inventory
planners). However there were times where-in I had to indicate to the client if the requirements to be
accomplished given by them were not feasible.

C) Good communications skills: Having worked for Lamb-Weston Inc. and AkzoNobel in Netherlands has
exposed me to multiple working cultures. In this process, I have dealt with wide variety of people from many
different nationalities and have developed good communication skills in English as it was the main medium of
communication.

D) Quick learner and worked on complex assignments in my professional career: As I have worked with several
different systems, I'm quite sure my past knowledge will allow me to quickly come up to speed. In addition I
have taken a natural liking towards problem-solving as I always concentrate on the core issue of a problem
rather than externalities. This helps me to identify feasible solutions at the earliest.

E) International Experience: A high degree of exposure to multiple working cultures having worked in USA and
in India with Keane Inc. and now in Lamb-Weston Inc. and AkzoNobel, Netherlands has helped me to
understand mentalities and working attitudes of people from various countries. Hence I can ably and
effectively work with diverse groups.

F) Quick learner of IT systems: As I have worked with several different systems and have passion to understand
code, I am quite sure my past knowledge will allow me to quickly come up to speed. In addition I have
proficient knowledge of SQL queries such as DML statements – SELECT, INSERT,UPDATE. Working with these
statements was an integral part of my day to day job when I worked at Keane Inc.
