INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE TEACHER


The context of the evaluation is a presentation where students present the customer profile and
attending those specific needs, create two tours.

The teacher needs to give each student one customer profile in order that each student can prepare a
tour. Then both students offer their tours and compare them.

Students need to describe in detail both tours, support their ideas (unit 4), describe the places of the
tour (unit 2), express what the tours would be like (unit 5), and compare both tours, explaining their
advantages (unit 6).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR STUDENTS

Individually, students prepare a complete tour to a specific customer profile.

Customer 1: group of elderly (4 pax.) who enjoy food and drinks, two of them need canes to move.
They need ramps and elevators. Avoid stairs. Avoid extreme weather. Open to travel abroad.
Flexible dates.

Budget 5.000 USD max., departing from Santiago de Chile.

Customer 2: group of nurses (5 pax.) who need to attend a 1-week-long course in Atlanta, Georgia.
October 10th to October 18th.

Transportation is required. Accommodation should be downtown, near convention centre.

Budget around 10,000 USD, departing from Concepción, Chile.
