A research study on how training procedures affect employee happiness Humans are sociable
beings, solitary workers, skilled individuals with the capacity for learning new things, and
they are at MBS Groups Pvt. Ltd. In addition to offering a wide variety of air dampers,
prefabricated air handling units, linear baffle plates, and other products that compete with
Swiss standards, MBS Groups Pvt. Ltd. is recognised as a top service provider for air
cleaning equipment, draught fans, and trade providers. MBS group also offers custom textiles
that are on par with European standards. An electronic flow from filter to fact is what is
envisioned. The objective is to shield the earth, people, and goods from the negative impacts
of industrial operations. The major goal is to examine how human resource practices affect
employee well-being, to comprehend training requirements and analyse obstacles associated
with employee training programmes, and to determine whether training initiatives have an
impact on employees' general wellbeing.

The study is being undertaken to comprehend the various training strategies that should be
used and to evaluate how they will affect the wellbeing of the employees. By distributing
questionnaires to respondents, communicating with the human resources management, and
talking to training staff at a company, the major source of data used to understand the issue is
gathered from respondents. Understanding the adopted training practices and analysing and
interpreting the various variables will help you form an opinion about the current training
practices, types of training, frequency, and its effects on the well-being of your employees,
such as their positive attitudes, enjoyment, and job satisfaction. The main source of
information needed to understand the problem comes from respondents who were employed,
who were in contact with human resources management, and who were engaged in
discussions with training staff at a company. Understanding the adopted training practices
and analysing and interpreting the various variables will help that come to a conclusion about
the current training practices, types of training, frequency, and its effects on the wellbeing of
your employees, such as their positive attitudes, enjoyment, and job satisfaction.
