DESCRIPTION

01 WATER & FIRE TANK CONNECTIONS
Supply, install connect and test water and fire tank connections and accessories
complete, including but not limited to covers, stainless steel ladders, sleeves,
galvanized black seamless steel buddle flange sch.40, access doors (two for each tank
compartment, filling mechanical float valves, electrically actuated butterfly valves,
isolating valves, water level control system, water leak alarm system (Ultrasonic level
indicator), dismantling joint and all other required pipe connections, fittings, bolts,
nuts, gaskets, supports, paint, cleaning, tags, labels, flow indicator, color code finishing
and all accessories as specified and as shown on drawings

02 DOMESTIC WATER PIPING AND FITTING MATERIALS
02.1 Supply, install, connect, test and commission all steel domestic water piping system
within pump room complete including pipes, strainer for bosser pumps, fittings,
flanges, galvanized seamless black steel sch.40, valves, hangers, over flow, bolts, nuts,
gaskets, supports, paint, cleaning, tags, labels, flow indicator, color code finishing and
all accessories as specified and as shown on drawings and specification.

03 FIRE FIGHTING PIPING AND FITTING MATERIALS
03.1 Supplying, installing, connecting ,commission and testing all galvanized seamless
black steel piping sch.40 works for fire protection system within the pump room
including fire and jockey pumps suction and delivery piping system, fire pump test
line back to the tank, test line flow meter, relief line, connecting relief valves to pump
room, drain points, water level connection systems, all OS&Y valves with tamper
switches, fire alarm control modules, hangers, bolts, nuts, gaskets, supports, paint,
cleaning, tags, labels, flow indicator, color code finishing and all accessories as
specified and as shown on drawings and NFPA requirements.

04 MAIN WATER METER 
Supply, install, connect and test turbine type water meter complete and conforming
to the requiremments of AWWA standard C702 and to local governing authorities
requirement. Water meter to be installed on water
main supply system line at pump room and to be connected to B.M.S system

05 DOMESTIC WATER BOOSTER PUMPING SYSTEM 
Supply, install, connect, test and commission an automatic factory packaged,
prefabricated, tested certifed and guaranteed three-pumps constant pressure variable
speed domestic water booster pumping system inculding all controls, motors, valves
suction and discharge pipe manifold with all interconnecting piping and wiring, as
well as, galvinzied tubing with shutoff cocks for gauges, pressure switches and
vibration-isolating mounts, compression tank,.. etc., all mounted on a common
structural steel
base prior to shipment., all as per specifications (VFD OUTSIDE PUMP

06 WATER TREATMENT BOOSTER PUMP
Supply, install, test, commissoning and startup an automatic factory packaged,
prefabricated, tested certifed and guaranteed constant speed constant pressure water
booster pumping system at 2900 rpm complete with all , cabel 20 m length, controls,
motors, valves, galvanized suction and discharge pipe manifold with all
interconnecting piping flanche and wiring, as well as, copper tubing with shutoff
cocks for gauges, pressure switches, galvanized base, vibration-isolating mounts and
control panels.. etc., all
mounted on a common galvanized structural steel base prior to shipment.

distributors, drains, gravel supporting beds, filtration media, filter exterior valving,
filter piping & system accessories
and controls, including spare parts all as per specifications and as shown

09 ELECTRICAL FIRE FIGHTING PUMP
Supplying, installing, connecting, testing and commissioning an automatic, factory

of 360 feet TDH & 145 H.P when operating at 3500 RPM. The pump complete package

of 360 feet TDH when operating at 3500 RPM. The pump complete package shall be

panel and all other accessories as specified and

15 FORCED SANITARY DRAINAGE NETWORK SYSTEMS

backwash to outside the building according to specifications to nearest slow down
chamber complete, including but not limited to pipes, fittings, all other accessories

16 DRAINAGE PIPING SYSTEM
Supply materials and labor for a complete installation of , drainage, waste system and
drain pipe 6 bar for operation as shown on plan. All installation shall be in accordance
with the manufacturers recommendation. The system shall be installed completely
and be ready for operation complete
with all neccessary items and accesories.
