II. Description of action taken by the school or division to alleviate the risk factors of the CAR:
__There are no cases of recorded of Children-At-Risk in Divisoria Elementary School. Child
Protection Program school coordinator and the current committee continues to provide free
education and remind the students with regards to Children-At-Risk.

II. Description of action taken by the school or division to alleviate the risk factors of the CAR:
The incident happened during the Semestral Break. When the incident was brought to the
school, he school CPP committee met and immediately recommended the parents of the victim to
let the child undergo counselling by the DSWD. She is also transferred to other school so to avoid
teasing and bullying by the other pupils who are neighbors of the victim and had knowledge of the
incident.

The perpetrator was also recommended to move to other school so the victim and
perpetrator would not have the chance to meet again.
