management skills.

TIPS FOR COACH/MENTOR RELATIONS
i. Be clear and concise with your messages, so your coach can respond appropriately. If you receive messages that
are not clear, seek clarification.
ii. Agree on schedule and communication channels.
iii. Avoid spamming your mentor…don’t bombard your coach with messages. If you are awaiting a response, one
reminder should suffice before considering another channel of communication.
