Summary of the Industrial Training
Montex Fabrics Ltd. is a well-known knit composite textile industry in Bangladesh since 1991.
We are very proud to take our training in such a leading industry .They have all sector garments
production like knitting, dyeing sewing ,finishing, cutting ,sewing, finishing. About 32 above
number of factory of Mondol group. I am starting my internship from knitting section. There are
about six hundred knitting mc produce different kind of knitting fabric. They produce fabric for
their own order also produce to other factory order fulfill. Then I started dyeing section ,the
production of dyeing huge amount .They have fabric dyeing mc also have some of yarn dyeing
machine .They have 30tons capacity per day .The knitting and dyeing are separated factory
location. Next watching the printing section auto and manual both are available in this
factory .The cutting floor huge area coverage with the cutting table they have auto cutting
machine .The spreading mainly semi-automatic system procedure are followed in this factory
large number of sewing section all kind of garment are made here .Most of the garments are
knitted. The IE section follows all the production planning to reduce the time and increase the
production with good quality product. This factory is a well stabiles factory can be say without
any doubt all sector of garment indeed here and their management system is well.
To speak the truth it‘s the Industrial Training ‘which visualizes our four years academic course
in 2 month only. It helps us to understand the complicated steps of knitting, dyeing, printing,
sewing, merchandising and such difficult topics of Textile which we just learn by heart in our
academic session in the department. So we thank Montex Fabrics Ltd. for the knowledge we
gathered from this training will of course be the assets for our future life.
