CONSTRUCTION SAFETY AND HEALTH PROGRAM

Contract Name : Constructrion of Road Shoulder and Line Canal (Phase III)
Location : Brgy. Bisocol, Alaminos City, Pangasinan

1. Furnish workers with protective equipment for eyes, face, hands, and protective
shields whenever necessary. Require all workers to wear safety shoes, hard hats, gloves and
jackets if needed.

2. Ensure that tools, objects and materials including waste materials will not be thrown but
properly disposed of.

3. Safety signages provides warning to workers and employees and the public about the
hazards around the project.

4. The company will provide first aid kit and health care medicines and facilities for workers in
the site.

5. The company will be responsible for minimizing waste generated during the implementation
of the project. Proper disposal of waste will be implemented in the site.

6. Welfare facilities will be provided in the site to ensure human working conditions such as
supply of safe drinking water, washing and sleeping facilities.

7. Safe work practices should be kept in a location central to the work being performed and
readily available to the workforce.
