    PRE EXECUTION CHECK


    1 Cleaning of entire floor is done
    2 Surface preparation is satisfactory
    3 Hacking of concrete surface (60 to 70 hacks per Sq ft)
    4 Removal of projection, nails, wooden pieces etc
    5 Leakage/seepage is observed
    6 Electrical conduits are properly embedded in slab.
    7 Thick dots done checked & found ok for level.
    8 Dimensions checked & are as per Drawing.
    9 Diagonal distances of rooms checked.

    EXECUTION CHECK
    1 Thickness of gypsum plaster maximum 15 mm, if thicknees is more base coat plaster to be done.
    2 Right angle all corners.
    3 Top finishing should be smooth.
    4 Cleaning of all floor including corners up to virgin slab

    POST EXECUTION CHECK


    1 Undulations in the ceiling surface is observed
    2 Right angle of the plaster found satisfactory
    3 Cleaning of all floor including corners up to virgin slab
    4 Proper groove to be maintained at the top of skirting.
