Picture analysis!!!
The teacher will show a two different pictures and ask a student the following
questions:
1. What do you see in the picture?
2. Do you think the picture shown to the left is related to the picture shown at
the right?

C. Analysis
The teacher will ask the following:
1. What have you notice to the pictures shown?
2. Are they related to each other? Why?
The teacher will help his/her student to understand the lesson about the
function.

Functions
Unlocking of terms:
a. Relation – It is a set of ordered pairs.
b. Function – it is a relation in which each element of the domain corresponds to exactly one
element of the range.
Examples:
a. Which of the following relations are Functions?
