I. COURSE DESCRIPTION
Agricultural Crops Production, a specialization, comprises three fundamental subject
requirements, including: 1) an introduction to agriculture; 2) using farm tools and equipment; and
3) interpreting plans and drawings. There are subtopics for each curriculum standard that students
should be familiar with. Additionally, the course prerequisites cover the following topics: 1)
fundamental ideas in agricultural crop production; 2) course relevance; and 3) employment
opportunities.
II. GENERAL OBJECTIVES
The main goal of this course of study is to increase students' knowledge of agricultural
crop production and to help them comprehend the factors that influence the need to identify
sustainable practices to produce food, feed, and fiber crops, as well as how to put those
practices into practice and assess them. Additionally, this would provide them with information
about the progress of agriculture, crop output, and productivity, which will improve the
farmers' economic situation and way of life.
III. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
a. Cognitive
 Explain the fundamental ideas behind agricultural crop production.
 Discuss the relevance of the course.
 Identify gardening tools by their intended purpose.
b. Affective
 Establish a link between agricultural crop output.
 Examine the appropriate use of tools in gardening.
 Discuss the significance of agricultural crop production.
c. Psychomotor
 Explore employment options in crop production for agriculture.
 Disinfect gardening tools and equipment after every use.
 Create gardening layouts and designs in accordance with accepted cultural traditions.
