With reference to the above mentioned, I am to say that as pe! the
request of tlle I.O/SI, town P.S, Keonjhar the following 3 nos- of vehicles bearing
Regd No. OR-09-P-8423, OD'O2 5425 & OD-09 A 2923 may be black listed in i3ms
system due to a sensational fatal accident on dt. 27 128.06 2023 at night by truck
No. OD-09-A-2923, in which 5local persons have died on the spot and 9 others
were severely injured and admitted in hospital. In this connection a case has been
registercd vide Keonjhar town PS Case No 245 dt 28 06'2023 U/s 304 IPC'
(Copy enclosed)
I would iequest you to kindly block (Black list) in i3ms systcm of the
above vehicles, so that the vehicles can not get load of minerals from any mines or
industries.
