 To run the IGV certificate process, use the template "PERU WHT IGV Certificates.xlsx" and run
the Analisys/Promps application.
 The LE 398 and 785 must be selected in each run for the clearing start/end date,
corresponding to Saturday - Friday, and finally run by selecting OK.
 In this way for each of the two LE's lines should be generated with documents to which the
code WHT PB-01 was applied during the selected dates.

  No, this is the only way to generate the lines to work, The ACL tool was decommissioned.
