CLRAA TRAINING
HOUSE RULES AND
REGULATION

To maintain orderliness inside the Billeting Quarters (school),

the rules and regulations shall be imposed and strictly observed.

1. Establish proper manners at ALL times.

2. ONLY official delegates shall be allowed to stay in any part of the Billeting
Quarters. ID shall be worn at all times inside the billeting area and in ALL places
in the duration of the event.
3. Observe SILENCE and maintain CLEANLINESS inside and outside the premises
of the billeting area.
4. Vandalism and damaging of school property is prohibited. All damages incurred
will be charged to their respective coaches.
5. Athletes are NOT allowed to leave the training venues during practice without
trainers’ consent.
6. Chaperons should always look into their athletes at ALL times.
7. CURFEW is at 9:00 pm for ALL Athletes and chaperons, LIGHTS OFF is
at 10:00 pm, while CURFEW is at 11:00 PM to 4:00 am for ADULT delegates.
8. Boys are NOT allowed to stay inside the Girls’ quarter so with the Girls to Boys’
quarter.
9. Do not hang laundry clothes in front of the school building.
10. Switch off all lights/electric fans and close the faucet when not in use.
11. Strictly “NO SMOKING” within the premises and nearby surrounding of the
billeting quarters for all delegates. Please observe the designated
“SMOKING AREA”.
12. Anyone who is DRUNK or is “suspected to be drunk” shall NOT be allowed
to enter the premises of the billeting quarters.
13. Respective COACHES will be held responsible for violations incurred
against any house rules stated above.
