2. Nakaset sa 3 pahina na long bond paper ang form na ito, bawal magdagdag o maggdelete ng rows
kasi mababago ang print set up nya unless marunong ka ka mag udjust sa print set up pwede mo lng
iunhide ung nga rows na nakahidden.
