    My name is Calane. I am writing to express my unpleasure about
    the services at …… I attended your evening course and found it
    miserable.
    The service was not performed correctly is not what I expected .
    The class has too much students , which easily makes my studying
    more difficult. Someone disturbs me every time so I can’t
    understand anything the teacher say. Unfortunately, there is no
    conditioner that make the class become less comfortable .
    Friendly as the teacher is, everything in the class is extremely
    terrible. I ‘ll be grateful if you could fix these problems. To resolve
    this problem, Could you send technicians over to take more
    machines and divide more classes?
