‫تَ ْكتُب‬
Letter taa (‫)ت‬
• in this lesson we will study the letter ‘‫ “ ت‬taa.  
 
its name is taa its voice is “t“. 
 
(‫ )ت‬exactly pronounced as “t” in English. 
 
Look at the letter "‫ “ ت‬just two (..)dotes above

Now we will learn how to connect the letter (‫ )ت‬with
other letters
• look at the word of (‫ )تَ ْكتُب‬
• The letter ‫ ت‬came in the beginning of word
• When “ ‫ ت‬come in the beginning we cut this part
‫ت‬
• To connect it with the word to connect with other letters
• So that is the shape of it in the beginning ‫تـــ‬

‫مــ ْكــتَــبـَة‬

in the middle  
• Look at the word of ‫مــ ْكــتَــبـَة‬

• The letter ‫ ت‬came in the middle of word
• We connected it with the one before it by drawing
this horizontal line ‫ ــت‬
• And We cut this Part from this side "‫ "ت‬to connect it
with the one after it
• So that is shape of it in the middle ‫ ــتـــ‬.
‫َو ْقـــت‬
 
What about in the end  
Look at the word of ‫ َو ْقـــت‬

• The letter ‫ ت‬came in the end of word
• We connected it with the one before it by
drawing this horizontal line ‫ ــــت‬
So that is shape of it in the end

Look at the word of ‫ ِريَـاالت‬
• The letter ‫ ت‬came isolated

(‫ )م‬exactly pronounced as “m” in English.

• look at the word of (‫م ْكتَبَة‬

• The letter ‫ م‬came in the beginning of word
• When come in the beginning we drow a short line after
it

• To connect it with other letters
‫مــــ‬
• So that is the shape of it in the beginning
‫َســمــك‬

its name is raa its voice is “R“. 
 
(‫ )ر‬exactly is pronounced as “R” in English. 
 
Look at the letter "‫ “ ر‬without any dotes
how to connect the letter (‫ )ر‬with other letters
• look at the word of (‫ ) َرف‬
• The letter ‫ ر‬came in the beginning of word
• When “‫ ر‬come in the beginning it come separately
‫ر‬
Because this letter never connect with letters came after
it .
But we connect it with preceding letters.
• So that is the shape of it in the beginning must be
separated ‫ر‬
