Resident Portal: Logging In

To log in to the Mainstreet Renewal Resident Portal enter your Username and Password, then click ‘Log In.’

Note: For residents with a Registration Code that need to create a new log in:

1. Click ‘Already a resident? Sign up.’


2. Enter your registration code in the Resident Code Verification box.
3. Click ‘Continue’ to finish setting up your new Username and Password and complete the registration process.
This will also bring you back to the Log in screen.
4. Enter your newly created Username and Password, the click ‘Log In’ to continue.

Once logged in, the Home Screen will display the various functions within the Mainstreet Renewal Resident Portal.
You will be able to:

1. Make a one-time rent payment or set up reoccurring payments


2. Access your lease information and view your property
3. Request, schedule, and view maintenance requests
4. Renew your lease
