As Mehta herself has 19 years of experience in HRM, She can design a suitable
training program based on the requirements and deliver the program. This will Cost
and time effective for INDCO

Since Pathak is a professor and mehta herself listened to his training program she can
hire him. Anand was also satisfied with pathak’s proposal for the training

Mehta can build a training model based on the requirements of Anand. Team Building
Model will best suit his requirements to create strategic thinking, planning among his
