َ ‫ اللّ ُهـ َّم عافِـني في‬، ‫اللّ ُهـ َّم عافِـني في بَدَنـي‬
َ‫ ال إلهَ إالّ أ َ ْنـت‬، ‫صـري‬َ َ‫في ب‬
O Allah !grant my body health, O Allah !grant my hearing health. O
Allah! grant my sight health. None has the right to be worshipped
except You.’

whoever kills a soul unless for a soul or for corruption [done] in the land - it is as if he had slain
mankind entirely. And whoever saves one - it is as if he had saved mankind entirely. (Surah al
Maa’idah 5: 32)
