practice based.

☐ Problem-based and/or Publishable: Students are solving problems and completing projects to
demonstrate their learning. Additionally, the projects can be shared outside of the classroom.
(Note: This objective could be reached by displaying the project on the school’s morning
newscast, posting the project to the classroom blog, presenting it to another class, or publishing it
via an outside source.)
Lesson idea implementation:
The activity that I plan to do with my students is to show them a presentation on staying safe while
using technology. I will make students aware of their goals by reading the lesson and standard to
them, while we are going over the presentation, I will keep reminding them on the goals. Students will
use technology by creating their own presentation on a historical event by using Adobe Express
software. The teacher will be there to help students out with any technical issues or questions.
Feedback will be provided to students by reviewing their final multimedia presentation.

Managing student learning:

Because students might get easily sidetracked by technology, I plan to install a lock down browser on
each student's desktop or laptop computer. This will prevent them from accessing any other websites
while we are working on the current topic. Students will be actively involved in creating a historic
event presentation by using Adobe Express. They will be reminded of standard throughout the lesson.

Universal Design for Learning (UDL) Reflection:

Students will use the multimedia software Adobe Express to complete this lesson. This software is
very engaging for all grades, the software includes various of interacting tools. The students will
represent their creativity by completing a presentation on this historical event. They will take action
by creating the software individually and will be able to express their knowledge on historical events
and technology.

Reflection:
This lesson will impact students learning by giving them the freedom of creativity to complete a
multimedia presentation. I can't wait to see the creative ideas that arise from the youngsters. There are
numerous various uses for technology, the most essential of which is creativity.
