Junior Survey Engineer

Purpose of the Role:

Review and evaluate the direct implementation of survey applications and methodologies in order to
ensure survey services meet the established standards of quality.

Accountabilities:
1. Analyze, validate, and evaluate the activities of field survey and office processing in order to ensure
the result is meet with the customer request.
2. Review and evaluate the implementation of all survey operations and requirements in order to ensure
all requirement are adequate.
3. Produce survey project work plan and monitor the contract in order to ensure the execution meet with
project objectives.
4. Check the design data and liaise with the Engineer to ensure that the Engineer/ Mine Planner has
provided adequate design data for survey set out.
5. Manage an effective filing system for all survey documentation and survey data so that it can be easily
retrieved and utilized.
6. Propose training needs and organize training in order to improve personnel skills and competencies.
7. Propose survey improvement initiatives in order to improve safety, optimize productivity, and reduce
cost.

Requirements:
1. Minimum education required is bachelor’s degree (S-1) in Geodetics/Geomatics Engineering
2. Minimum 1-3 years surveying experiences in the mining industry
3. Drone Pilot certified is preferred
4. GIS certified is preferred
5. Pengawas Operasional Pratama (POP) certified is preferred
6. Juru Ukur Tambang certified is preferred
7. Passive and active English
8. Able to work in anywhere and any condition
