 Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair cabled, wireless and other network infrastructure.
 Installation of software such as, anti-virus (Kaspersky Anti-virus 6.0), Microsoft office, drivers
installation to a new Laptop, printers
 Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair cabled, wireless and other network infrastructure.
 Setup and support audio/visual equipment for presentations and trainings on and off site.
 Networking configuration staff computers, Grand stream GXP 2140 basic IP phone, ZkTeco
biometric device
 Replacing Cartridges in a printer
 Assist in Maintaining of Information Communication Technology equipment’s and
associated peripherals
 Troubleshooting the problems of Network cables
