Almost 20 years of extensive experience in the field of mechanical Engineering.

Involved in pre-post contractors projects like Residential, Commercial Buildings, Hospital
Building ,5 Star Hotels, Stadium, Malls and Oil and gas project.

Experienced on Project management, Design, supervision, Installation, Testing and

Commissioning for HVAC Ducting and Piping system such as Chillers, Cooling Towers,
primary, secondary and Tertiary Pumps, AHU, FCU, Fan and Blowers, DX,VRV, Plate
Heat Exchangers, VFD, HRW, Pressurization Tanks and Chemical Dosing, Valves
Instrumentation and accessories and Chilled water piping system from Chiller to
distribution including District cooling system.
Also Experienced on supervision, Installation, Testing and Commissioning for Fire
Fighting system and plumbing system, Fire Fighting Booster pump, Diesel pump,
Electrical Pump, Diesel Tank, GRP Water Tank, Fire hose cabinet, Fire department
Connection, Landing valve, Fire Hydrant Fire Alarm control valve, Zonal Control Valves,
FM-200, deluge Valve system, Foam system, Fire Fighting piping system,

Also experienced on supervision, Installation, Testing and Commissioning for plumbing

environment, Formulates and develops safety polices and produres with the help of the HSE
Department.

Technical skill : Supervision of Maintenance project responsibility

1. Maintain the CHILLER, PUMP, AHU, FCU, CHEMICAL DOSING SYSTEM, WATER
LEVEL, MAKE UP WATER PUMP, FIRE PUMP, BOOSTER PUMP, SUBMERIAL
PUMP, GENERATOR, WATER TANK, DIESEL TANK AND ALL FANs weekly
service, monthly service and yearly service schedule sheet and follow up.
2. Ensure inputs for shut down planning activities provided and proactively provided within
areas of responsibility of employee.
3. Ensure timely and proactively follow-up on all relevant shutdown reports, lessons learnt
within areas of responsibility of employee.
4. Ensure future maintenance activities are proactively planned, prepared and scheduled
with the areas of responsibility of Employee
5. Ensure maintenance are proactively coordinated including contractor & vendor
management within areas of responsibilities of Employee
6. Prepares and attends daily meetings and briefing on the maintenance and production
situation.
7. Responsible for scheduling, planning and execution of short and long-term maintenance
activities and securing cost and availability effective preventive maintenance.
8. Prepares and presents reports and findings by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing
information and trends
9. Assists in the development and implementation of policies, standards and procedures for
the mechanical and technical work performed in the department.
10. Maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stocks to determine
inventory level, anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies.
11. Prepares data on cost, availability and quality situation.
12. Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues.
13. Maintain the BMS system and power supply service as per schedule changes.
