    Dear Dean Docor,

    Good day, I am writing this letter to you to inform your good office that I was unable to process my INC
    last 2020-2021 because as it was difficult for me to travel, my parents wouldn't let me since it was still
    pandemic at that time.

    However, I completed my other prerequisites in the clinics online. Due to my distance from the school, I
    am still unable to complete my INC completion.

    The list of my INCs is below.

    1. DM353 Research Presentation

    2. DM327 Clinical Dentistry 2

    To add up, may I follow up to have my grades be reflected in my AIMS since i already have a grade in the
    INC logbooks

    DM 344 Practice Management

    DM 316 Clinical Dentistry 1

    DEN 035 Anesthesiology


    I respectfully need your consideration so that I can process the INC completion and graduate as soon as
    possible.
