Topic: Psychosocial
Psychosocial theory asserts that there are eight development stages that every individual will
encounter in a lifetime. While there are some flaws with Erickson’s theory, it provides a good base of
knowledge may be facing at their particular developmental levels. Psychosocial are very important to
the life of the teachers, because teachers are the one who will be handling the learners. To avoid
psychosocial imbalance of teacher’s, teachers need someone to talk their experiences, problems they
encountered.
Teacher’s nowadays are bombarded with lots of paper works, reports etc. They need to balance
their work and life to avoid imbalances. To balance psychosocial of an individual they need support from
the people around. Psychosocial support activities are imperative in promoting, protecting, and
Mental health includes our emotional, psychosocial, and social well-being. It affects how we
think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make healthy
choices.
Mental health matters as one of the tagline of some of the mental health advocate.
