WBC/RBC Clog Problem

Clog error happens when the results of the two measurements are inconsistent.
Clog detected during RBC or PLT
RBC Clog RBC Aperture Clog
measurement (aperture clog).
Clog detected during WBC measurement
WBC Clog WBC Aperture Clog
(aperture clog).

So please follow the steps below to solve this problem.

1. Run backflush operations.

Service-Troubleshooting- backflush (also you can do clean for sometimes)

2. Remove aperture of the RBC or WBC bath, Flush and soak it in the cleaning solution;
3. Click service-troubleshooting-Check sensors/valves-Set CO ON

Use a Multimeter to test the voltage of the bath. red end in the bath, black end to the ground.

RBC bath aperture voltage is around 11V, WBC bath aperture voltage is around 12V.

If the aperture voltage is much greater than this voltage (for example, 20v or even
higher), that means the aperture is really clogged. In this case, please continue to follow step
2 to unclog the aperture. It would be better to disassemble the bath to clean the aperture by
hand.
If the aperture voltage is normal, it means the aperture is probably not clogged and the
cause of this problem could be other parts(V10, and related O-rings, WBC/RBC signal cable,
electrode, main control board)
4. –Reconnect/replace the WBC/RBC signal cable which connected to the mainboard.

5. Check V10, and related O-rings.

6. Check the electrode(Platinum pieces are not damaged or bent, Replace the new electrode.
7. Replace the main control board
