How to do this assignment

1. Rate each of your ability on a scale of 1-10 (10 is excellent, 1 is poor). Do it for 1 ability
at a time.

2. Review according to this guide, rating of  8 to 9: can improve, 5 to 7: needs

improvement, 1 to 4: needs significant improvement

3. Understand abilities where you need to improve. Take 1 ability at a time and create a
specific action plan for that. Do this for all abilities that need improvement.
