ANARCHY
ANARCHY IS MERELY THE ILLUSION OF LIBERTY.
GOOD MORNING RESPECTED DIRECTOR MAM, PRINCIPAL MAM,
TEACHERS AND ALL MY DEAR FRIENDS. MY NAME IS HIYANS
SHRIMANKAR AND I AM GOING TO SPEAK ABOUT LIBERTY IS NOT AN
ANARCHY.
Do you know what liberty is? Well Liberty basically means not having
restrictions in a way that doesn't harm anyone else. Liberty means free choice.
It does not mean absence of law and regulation. Dow you know what anarchy
is? Well anarchy is much different from liberty. Anarchy can be taken as
enjoying freedom to that extent which causes harm to other people.

Who doesn’t love liberty? We all love liberty. But the liberty given by our
parents, constitution and society should not be converted into anarchy. There
is a thin wall between liberty and anarchy. But this wall makes a vast
difference between liberty and anarchy.

Now let’s see when a person is at liberty? We can say that a person is at
liberty when he is free to think, speak and act without any compulsion.
However that does not mean that he behave in a manner that would harm
or displease others. As there is no law restricting the carrying of a stick, a
person should not go about hitting everyone.

The freedom of movement does not allow you to enter into other person’s
house freedom of speech do not allow you to say things that would hurt
others and freedom of action does not allow you to use violence on others.

As an example of liberty let’s take example of democratic country verses

communist country. Say for India and china. The constitution of India grants
many right to its citizens – most important of which is freedom of thought,
speech and action. Whereas country such as china don’t provide this
rights. There is dictator of countries like china. In china the dictator decides
about people and people have no right to speak against government.

Liberty is a thing which is a grant given by our Indian constitution. It is our

right. No one can control. We should be mature enough to use it properly or
else ask our parents to guide us.

In short it is now clear that liberty is not anarchy. No one should misuse it.
Liberty used wisely never turns into anarchy. It depends how wisely we use
our liberty and enjoy it forever.

ANARCHY IS ORDER, GOVERNMENT IS CIVIL WAR

There is no greater evil than anarchy.
