3 Mounting Structure Panels shall be mounted on zinc plated frames GI/Aluminium
frames. The structure is designed in such a manner that it can
withstand storm & can be installed/replaced easily and in line
with site requirements. All fasteners, nut and bolts are made of
Stainless steel - SS 304 5.4.6 PCC
4 Electrical Accessories Cables will confirm to IS 694 and Interconnections, array to
junction boxes, junction boxes to PCU etc will be selected near to
PV Panel to keep voltage drop and losses to the minimum. The
bright annealed 99.97% pure copper conductors offer low
conductor resistance, Result in lower heating thereby increasing
cable life and efficiency. These wires are insulated with a special
grade PVC compound formulated and manufactured.

Structural Anchoring Details:

Panels shall be mounted on zinc plated frames inclined. The structure is designed in such a manner that module can be
replaced easily and in line with site requirements and it is easy to install and service in future.

Inverter Installation

Based on the initial site visit, the inverters could possibly be installed in shed. This space provides ample accessibility and good
air circulation. The inverter is available in IP32 housing and hence it needs to be kept in well ventilated shed having protection
from direct sun-light and rains. Actual installation location and methods will be determined during full design phase.

Electrical

A detailed electrical design with single-line diagram and specifications will be prepared during full design phase after receiving
the technically & commercially clear P.O. along with requisite advance.

Scope of Work

1 To conduct a detailed site visit with specialists to take accurate measurements, photographs, and other site-
specific information for full design
2 Prepare full system design to include , structural, electrical and mechanical components, with construction
drawings and specifications.
3 Procure equipment and materials and deliver to site
4 Perform complete system installation
5 Test all electrical components in accordance with manufacturer instructions
6 Commission the system to full operability

Client Scope

Site-specific considerations will require assistance and cooperation from the client, as outlined below

1 Provide access to work site for delivery of equipment and materials prior to and during project implementation.
2 Provide a suitable and secure space for storage of equipment and materials
3 Facilitate access of work crew to the work site 7 days a week
4 Facilitate interfacing with the client’s resident engineering staff for consultation as needed
5 All the Statutory clearances, if any, required for the Project work and goods transfer to site.
6 Any type of Civil Work such as room construction,Fondation,fencing or water point arrangements.
7 fortnightly cleaning of solar module after completing installation & commissioning.
8 Water Point should be provided near to installation site.

Other Terms & Conditions:

1 40% of the amount payable as advance along with Formal PO for a specific Solar System size.
2 55% against PI before dispatch of material from respective manufacturer.
3 5 % Balance amount on successful commissioning of the project.

Delivery
Dispatch will be effected in 1-2 weeks from the date of acceptance of your Purchase order. (P.O) and receipt of advance.
System installation will be completed in 1-3 weeks time from date of receipt of materials at site, provided site is ready for
installation

Validity
This offer is valid for 10 days from the date thereof.

Warranty
Manufacturing Warranty for the System: 1 Years After installation and commissioning against any manufacturing
defect. However, for the solar panels & Inverters, the performance warranty is as under
