    CHM OFFICERS UNIFORM PROPOSAL

    Objective:
    The objective of this proposal is to create a consistent and professional image for college
    department officers by implementing a polo shirt uniform. This uniform will enhance their
    visibility, foster a sense of unity, and provide a professional representation of their role within
    the college community.

    Proposal:
    1. Polo Shirt Design:
    a. Shirt Style: A collared polo shirt with short sleeves will be the style of the uniform for college
    department officers. This collared polo shirt uniform is also unisex to ensure inclusivity and
    provide a comfortable fit for all officers.
    b. Fabric: The polo shirt will be made of high-quality material that is both breathable and
    durable, allowing officers to wear their uniforms with comfort and confidence.
    c. Department Logo: The college department logo representing the College of Hospitality
    Management Department will be prominently displayed on the left chest area of the shirt and
    below the logo is the name of the officer.
    d. Officer's Positions: The officer's position or roles will be prominently displayed at the back of
    the shirt.

    2. Color Selection:
    a. Officer's Uniform Color: The colors that have been used reflects the college department
    branding or aligns with the department's identity. Such as a shade of Pink, Black, and White

    3. Guidelines for Wear:


    a. The college department officers' polo shirt uniform will be required to be worn during
    official department meetings, events, and other designated occasions.
    b. Officers will have the flexibility to wear appropriate bottoms, such as dress pants, skirts, or
    khakis, that complement the uniform shirt.
    c. Shoes should be clean, and professional, and adhere to the college's established dress code
    policies.

    Implementing a college department officers' polo shirt uniform will not only enhance the
    professionalism and visibility of the officers but also reinforce cohesion and solidarity within the
    department. This uniform will have a positive impact on the overall image and reputation of the
    department, as well as facilitate identification and recognition within the college community.
