The Cirona Virus pandemic has forced hundreds of milion of children accross the
world to either adopt learning from home or drop out of school altogether,as the deseases
worsens a big gap between the rich and the poor. Many Indonesians have found it difficult to
participate in online learning due to unequal access to technology and internet connectivity.

Jakarta-Based Newspaper Journalist Agnes Teidora together with 12 other reporters

have given more than 400 used smartphones and data packages from donors to hundreds of
underprivileged families in Indonesia, and She also found there was an extraordinary digital
enequality when the group began distributing mobile phones accross the world'' largest
archipelago in August last year.

She told that many of them had to borrow their friend's smartphone or borrow
neighbor's smartphone or even some of them could not go to school at all, because they did
not have any gadged and had to visit the teacher in person for face to face classes. She also

The second news,

The Indonesia education sector a core element of national development has overcome
nomerous chalenges over the years. Nothing had prepared it for the unprecedented job from
the covid-19 pandemic, as it is the case with many other countries around the globe,
Indonesia has been scrembling since earlier this year to ensure that the education system
remains fuctional. I'll bake the necessary compromises to adjust the current situations such as
replacing conventional face to face learning with online classes.

However the practical implementation of these emergency measures has been less
than ideal amid the pre-existing socio-economicis, disparates among teachers and students.
The minister of education and culture Nadima Karim has said the goverment already devised
a new education roadmap to relized President Jokowi Dodo's vision to make Indonesia
