Regarding Hostel Leaving/Re-allotment

Dear Students,
The session 2022-23 will end on 30 June 2023. Both the process of leaving the hostel and Re-allotment are mentioned
below. Please follow them.

For hostel Re-allotment


Students who want to stay in hostel for the next session 2023-24 should get their room allotted till June 30 by depositing
50% of hostel fee. The Remaining 50% hostel fee has to be paid till 4 December 2023.
Hostel allotment form is available at the hostel reception. You have to submit an allotment form with a hostel fee receipt.
Students whose allotment form will not be submitted at the hostel reception room will not be allotted them. 

Only those students who have allotted the room by paying 50% of the hostel fee will keep the luggage in the room.

Boys' Hostel Fee Structure 

For hostel leaving


Students who want to leave the hostel will have to submit the hostel withdrawal form to the registrar office. The hostel
withdrawal form is available at the hostel reception.

The room will have to vacate till 30 June 2023. You have to carry a hard copy of gate pass for luggage because without
gate pass security will not let you go out of the gate. After June 30 gate passes will not be given to anyone for the
luggage and there will be no responsibility for the luggage so you must vacate the hostel till June 30.
