Dear Students,
For hostel swapping, you must follow the guidelines listed
below:
1.
The student must have a room allotted in his/her
name.
2.
A student should not have any previous
dues related to the hostel and mess in his/her
name.
3.
Room swapping
requires that both the students must express willingness to
interchange by
filling the form correctly.
4.
Students must fill the form using the
appropriate link given below.
5.
In filling the
form, the student must attach the
screen shot of the Hostel and Mess fee
receipt.
6.
Any misinformation in the form will lead to cancellation of hostel
allotment.
The form will be closed by Friday (30/07/2021) EOD.
