NARRATIVE REPORT

LITTLE MISS AND MR. UNITED NATION 2017

The faculty and staff of Aquino Elementary School in cooperation with the Parent

Teachers Association(PTA) had come up to the idea of having fund raising program that

will help the school in having project that will make the pupils comfortable.

One of the concerns of the teachers is the flooring of covered court .The children

had the hard time in playing because it is muddy when it rains and dusty during sunny

days. Because of those concerns we are agreed to organize a fund raising activity to realize

the project in cementing the mini-covered court flooring.

There were 21 pupils who volunteered to be the candidates of the said activity.All

parents and stake holders work hard to find a prospect benefactors.In two weeks we

accumulated Twenty One Thousand One Hundred (21,100.00) Pesos enough to make our

project.

Last November 17, 2018 the Search was made and all participated. One of the

exposures of the candidates .The participants showcase their talents .

Our covered court is now cemented .Through the efforts of PTA officials and

parents who voluntarily and willingly give their time and effort during its construction.
 Now ,the children ,teachers and stakeholders can now use the covered court during

important activities and the children can use it as their launch lounge.
