Multimedia Content Producer

Join our dynamic product development team as a Multimedia Content Producer! You will be
responsible for crafting high-quality video and audio content for internal use. This includes
producing presentations, explainer videos, announcements, all-hands meetings, product
demos, and other engaging multimedia content.

What You'll Do
• Coordinate the creation of multimedia content from conceptualisation to final
production.
• Collaborate with internal partners to understand their content requirements and
objectives.
• Collaborate on the development scripts, storyboards and outlines for video and
audio content, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with the company’s
messaging and branding.
• Work closely with subject matter authorities and speakers to bring together their
messages effectively on camera or audio
• Develop production schedules
• Plan video shoots: scout, select and reserve shoot locations
• Shoot video footage and gather audio content and conduct interviews with speakers
as needed.
• Record and edit video and sound projects, including selecting program format for
final output, capturing/importing media, coordinating raw media, editing footage
and sound files, crafting, and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding
music/voice-over/sound effects, media management and archiving project media
• Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality content within given deadlines.
• Continuously explore new technologies and techniques to improve the quality and
impact of multimedia content.
• Maintain an organised library of multimedia assets and ensure accurate archiving for
easy retrieval.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and
design, to align content creation efforts.

Your Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Multimedia Production, Film Production, Communication, or a related
field.
• Experience in video and audio content creation, including scripting, shooting, and
editing.
 • Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software and tools (e.g., Adobe
Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• Proven understanding of storytelling, visual composition, and audio production
principles.
• Knowledge of video and audio equipment, including cameras, microphones, lighting
setups, and post-production hardware.
• Project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects
simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work optimally with
collaborators and subject matter authorities.
• Diligent approach and a dedication to delivering high-quality content.

Nice to have
• Familiarity with screen recording and screen-casting tools (e.g., ScreenFlow,
Camtasia, OBS Studio).
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
