I. ACTIVITY
The learners will multiply the following through a slideshow presentation in a given time limit.

After the activity, the teacher will check the answers.

II. ABSTRACTION
Here are the properties of multiplication that will help us solve multiplication sentences easily.
1. Commutative property - the order of the factors does not affect the product.
2. Identity property – the product of a number and 1 is the given number.
3. Zero property – the product of any numbers and 0 is 0.
4. Associative property – the grouping of the factors does not affect the product.
5. Distributive property of multiplication over addition – When we multiply a sum by a number, we
can add first then multiply or we can multiply each addend by the number first and then add the
partial products.

III. APPLICATION
The learners will answer the activity through a slide show presentation.
 IV. ASSESMENT
The learners will answer the activity on page 108..

ASSIGNMENT:
The learners will answer the activity on page 82 as their homework.
