I. ACTIVITY
The learners will answer a question through a slideshow presentation.

After the activity, the teacher will check the answers.

II. ABSTRACTION
To subtract whole numbers with regrouping, follow these steps:
1. Subtract the ones. Regroup if a digit in the minuend is less than the corresponding digit in the
subtrahend.
2. Continue subtracting up to the highest place value. Regroup if needed.
To check your answer, add the difference and the subtrahend to get the minuend.

III. APPLICATION
The learners will answer the activity through a slide show presentation.
 IV. ASSESMENT
The learners will answer the activity on page 81.

ASSIGNMENT:
The learners will answer the activity on page 82 as their homework.
