RELEASE OF MORTGAGE

 I, ARTEMIO LORETO JR., of legal age, Filipino citizen and a resident of

Damurog, Alcala, Cagayan, is the mortgagee in that Deed of Real Estate Mortgage
executed by ROBERTO A. VERZON and MERILYN A. VERZON on July 09, 2021 and
noted as Doc. No. 181; Page No. 38; Book No. I; Series of 2021, of the Notarial
Register of ATTY. HYVIMARLY CHRISA B. SAYNO-BALLAD, Notary Public for and in
the City of Tuguegarao;

      That having received the full amount of ONE MILLION PESOS (P1,000,000.00),
Philippine Currency from the Mortgagor, the said  ROBERTO A. VERZON and
MERILYN A. VERZON, I do hereby forever RELEASE, DISCHARGE, and CANCEL the
Mortgage mentioned above, covering Lot No. 2832 Pls-567, containing an area of
25,152 square meters, with Original Certificate of Title No. P-35134 of the Registry
of Deeds of Tuguegarao City. 

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set forth our hands this 12 th day
of June 2023 in Alcala, Cagayan, Philippines.
