SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY
 
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
 
I, LLOYD M. VILLALUZ, of legal age, Filipino, married, and a resident of Brgy. Poblacion,
Municipality of Toboso, Negros Occidental, Philippines, do hereby name, constitute and appoint MARY
ROSE C. ADRAQUE, also a Filipino, of legal age, and resident of Bacolod City, Philippines, to be my true
and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, for my name, place and stead, to do and/or perform any or all of the following
acts to wit:
 
1. To act as my authorized representative to transact and process papers and documents with the
Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) relative to the processing of Estate Clearance of the estate of
NESTOR ALBIA VILLALUZ, including the payment of estate tax and all other fees in connection
with the estate;

2. To act as my authorized representative in all government offices such as, but not limited to, the
Municipal/City Assessor’s Office, City Treasurer’s Office, Bureau of Internal Revenue’s Office and
the Local Government of Toboso for purposes of payment of all other fees and local taxes
connected with the Estate of NESTOR ALBIA VILLALUZ, including payment of fees and costs in
connection therewith;

3. To sign and process documents and papers on my behalf, and perform all other acts necessary for
the attainment and accomplishment of the above-mentioned undertakings;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my Attorney-in-Fact full power and authority to do and perform
all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite, necessary or proper to be done and about the premises as
fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if personally present, and acting in person; and hereby
ratifying and confirming all that my said Attorney-in-Fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done under and by
virtue of these presents.
